As part of the Connect Mental Health Week, Alan O’Meara, Gaelic Footballer with Cavan, gave a talk to senior students in Magh Ene College today (Monday, 10th October). Alan, the founder of ‘Real Talks’ gave the following tips to mind wellbeing;
1. Keep active
2. Make time for family and friends
3. Eat healthily
4. Sleep well
5. Do things with others
6. Drink less alcohol
7. Talk about how you feel
